Status Values
- Prospect — identified but not yet contacted
- Contacted — outreach sent, awaiting response
- Negotiating — in discussion about terms
- In Progress — agreement reached, links being placed
- Active — both links live and verified
- Issue — one or both links have a problem
- Terminated — exchange ended
Usage Tips
- Update the tracker whenever a status changes
- Run a weekly review to verify all “Active” exchanges
- Use conditional formatting to highlight exchanges with issues
- Archive terminated exchanges to a separate tab for historical records
